2nd Edition of BMECONF – Berlin 2020

In response to the global Coronavirus pandemic, the oral speakers at the 2nd BMECONF decided to shift to virtual presentations. As a result, the BMECONF Organizing Committee decided to host the entire conference online. 

The Berlin session was scheduled to take place from 25 to 27 September 2020 and assembled a worldwide network of scholars from Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, South Africa, Indonesia, USA, and other countries. This conference focused on how businesses were coping during the time of the pandemic. Key topics included the economic impact of the pandemic, the quick move to digital marketing, and how small businesses were finding ways to survive. The experts discussed issues such as:

  • COVID-19 Economic Impact
  • Digital Marketing
  • SME Resilience

This conference focused on how businesses were recovering and growing. It explored how new financial technology is being used, why customers make certain choices, and how government money policies affect everyone. Experts from many disciplines and countries, such as the Czech Republic, Latvia, Nigeria, Turkey, USA, UK, and India, gathered to discuss problems such as:

  • Fintech Adoption
  • Consumer Behavior (post-COVID)
  • Sustainable Tourism
