On the 12^th – 14^th of December, 2019, the international community of academics came together in Barcelona for the International Conference on Applied Research in Business, Management and Economics (BMECONF). This premier academic event had much to offer to its attendees.

The program was put together by an expert scientific committee. It featured such relevant topics in the field of business, management, and economics as staff turnover, tourism, value chain analysis, emotional intelligence, decision-making power, consumer behavior, financial innovations, and numerous others. The superb delivery of these topics – be it orally or via poster presentations – resulted in engaging discussions and interactive sessions.

BMECONF was attended by researchers, scientists, Ph.D. students, and members of non- and for-profit organizations from diverse backgrounds and geographical locations, including Romania, Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Hungary, Moldova, Nepal, and others.

We were pleased that many of the attendees joined us on a free guided tour of Barcelona. A must-see European city, Barcelona is a true treasure with hundreds of attractions. It’s one-of-a-kind architecture and vibrant atmosphere will inspire anyone!
