Third Round History
Due to the global Coronavirus pandemic, Oral speakers of the 3rd International Conference on Applied Research in Business, Management and Economics announced their decision to be shifted to Virtual presentation mode. Therefore, the BMECONF Organizing Committee decided to hold the conference entirely Online. The Virtual presentations were delivered via an online electronic forum (Webinar), where the participants engaged in lively discussions during the conference.

Prof Dr. PAATA BREKASHVILI
Prof Dr. PAATA BREKASHVILI has PhD in Management from the Caucasus School of Business, Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia) in partnership with J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA).
Paata is Professor of Management (Organizational Behavior) at Business School of Ilia State University (Tbilisi, Georgia). He is Affiliated Professor to department of People, Organizations and Society of Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grenoble, France) and adjunct Professor to department of People, Organizations and Negotiation, and member of IESEG Center on Negotiation at IESEG School of Management (Paris, France).
Paata’s research interests include interpersonal deal making, social exchange, psychological contracts, trust and research methods.
Dr. Alma Mačiulytė-Šniukienė
Phd. Alma Mačiulytė-Šniukienė is associate professor at Vilnius Gediminas Techinical University, Business Management faculty, Department of Business Technology and Entrepreneurship. She is a member of The European Regional Science Association (ERSA). She has 20 years working experience in a telecommunication company. Her current areas of research are national and regional competitiveness, returns of private and public investment.
Dr.Katalin Lipták
Dr.Katalin Lipták Ph.D. is an associate professor, head of department, and vice-dean for education at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is an economist and jurist. Her research fields are regional labour market processes, regional economics. She is a member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association.
Dr. Adobi Jessica Timiyo
Dr. Adobi Jessica Timiyo, an Assistant Professor at the American University of Malta, is an editorial board member of the Journal of International Business and Management (JIBM). Her current research interests include marketing, leadership, and strategy options for SMEs.
Dr. Gábor Béla Süveges
Dr. Gábor Béla Süveges PhD, is an assistant professor in the Institute of Finance and Accounting at the University of Miskolc, Hungary. He is the Vice President of the Hantos Elemér College for Advanced Studies. His field of research is management accounting.
Dr. Klara Szucsne Markovics
Dr. Klara Szucsne Markovics Ph.D. is an associate professor, head of the Department of Business Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is an economist. Her research fields are investment decisions, capital budgeting methods and facility management. She is a member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association.
Dr. Zoltán Musinszki
Dr. Zoltán Musinszki Ph.D. is an associate professor and vice-dean at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. His research fields are management control, management and cost accounting. He is currently researching the evolution and development of controlling and cost systems for SMEs and strategic decision support.
Mr. Syed Sadullah Hussainy
Mr. Syed Sadullah Hussainy currently works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Arab Open University, Oman. In India and the Middle East, he has over 17 years of teaching experience and has worked in the industry for one year. He is an active researcher and has presented and published his work in several national, international conferences and journals. In his qualifications, he holds double postgraduate degrees (MBA & MFM) and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and M.Phil. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctorate from the University of Madras in Management & Commerce and will complete his doctorate in the near future.
Ms. Erika Horváthné Csolák
Ms. Erika Horváthné Csolák is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is an economist and economics teacher. She teaches statistics subjects in the Department of Business Statistics and Economics Forecasting. Her research fields are health economics.
Mr. Firdaus Harun
Mr. Firdaus Harun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical from the University Technology of PETRONAS, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia. He is currently a Technical Professional – Staff Commissioning Engineer in PETRONAS, a multinational oil and gas company headquartered in Malaysia, with areas of interest in offshore and onshore construction and commissioning and education. He is a certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) and Professional Technologist (P.Tech.) from Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT).
Mr. Joshua Midha
Mr. Joshua Midha is a high school student from West Windsor Plainsboro High School South with a deep passion for behavioral economics and the application of data in global challenges. He is new to the field but has made progress by working with institutions such as MIT, Cornell University, the Office of Evaluation Sciences, Stanford, and the World Bank. He hopes to continue work in the field and make his indent using research.
