Mr. Firdaus Harun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical from the University Technology of PETRONAS, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia. He is currently a Technical Professional – Staff Commissioning Engineer in PETRONAS, a multinational oil and gas company headquartered in Malaysia, with areas of interest in offshore and onshore construction and commissioning and education. He is a certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI) and Professional Technologist (P.Tech.) from Malaysia Board of Technologist (MBOT).
Ms. Erika Horváthné Csolák is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is an economist and economics teacher. She teaches statistics subjects in the Department of Business Statistics and Economics Forecasting. Her research fields are health economics.
Mr. Syed Sadullah Hussainy currently works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Arab Open University, Oman. In India and the Middle East, he has over 17 years of teaching experience and has worked in the industry for one year. He is an active researcher and has presented and published his work in several national, international conferences and journals. In his qualifications, he holds double postgraduate degrees (MBA & MFM) and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and M.Phil. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (Doctorate from the University of Madras in Management & Commerce and will complete his doctorate in the near future.
Zoltán is an associate professor and vice-dean for Scientific and Accreditation Affairs at the Faculty of Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. His fields of research are management control, management, and cost accounting. He is currently researching the evolution and development of controlling and cost systems for SMEs and their social innovation aspects. He is a member of the Quality Assurance Committee of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee and of the Management and Controlling Association as well as of the Editorial Board of Controller Info. He is furthermore editor-in-chief of Hantos Periodika and chairman of the Editorial Board.
Dr. Klara Szucsne Markovics Ph.D. is an associate professor, head of the Department of Business Economics, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She is an economist. Her research fields are investment decisions, capital budgeting methods and facility management. She is a member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association.
Dr. Gábor Béla Süveges PhD, is an assistant professor in the Institute of Finance and Accounting at the University of Miskolc, Hungary. He is the Vice President of the Hantos Elemér College for Advanced Studies. His field of research is management accounting
Dr. Adobi Jessica Timiyo obtained her doctorate degree (PhD) from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. Under the supervision of Drs. Annie Yeadon-Lee and Joanne Blake, her thesis explored the intricacies of servant leadership in UK higher education sector. She has two master’s degree, one in marketing and the other in business and management, which she obtained from Liverpool Hope University, United Kingdom. Her academic journey spanned far back to 2005 as an assistant lecturer in Delta state university, since then she had occupied various roles across different educational institutions in UK, Europe, and Africa. In 2014, she worked as part-time lecturer in Liverpool Hope University, United Kingdom. Later, she joined the university of Seychelles as full-time lecturer from 2016 to 2018, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Presently, she is a full-time assistant professor of business with the American University of Malta. She remains an active researcher within the broader fields of knowledge management, customer relationship management, strategic options for SMEs, and leadership research in higher education.
Katalin graduated in Economist at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics in 2008 and she graduated in Law at the University of Miskolc, Faculty of Law in 2015. Her research topic is the labour market, especially in the Central-Eastern-European region. She defended her Ph.D. dissertation in 2013, the title was: “Impact of the globalization on regional labour markets – convergence or divergence”. Katalin is an associate professor of University of Miskolc, Faculty of Economics and head of department of Labour Market and Employment Policy. The essence of her professional interest is how changed the labour market and the expectations of employees. She is the member of the Hungarian Regional Science Association till 2008. She is editorial board member of the Eastern European Business and Economics Journal. She is editor-in-chief of Socialis Series in Social Science journal.
Phd. Alma Mačiulytė-Šniukienė is associate professor at Vilnius Gediminas Techinical University, Business Management faculty, Department of Business Technology and Entrepreneurship. She is a member of The European Regional Science Association (ERSA). She has 20 years working experience in a telecommunication company. Her current areas of research are national and regional competitiveness, returns of private and public investment.
Prof Dr. PAATA BREKASHVILI has PhD in Management from the Caucasus School of Business, Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia) in partnership with J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University (Atlanta, USA).

He is Affiliated Professor to department of People, Organizations and Society of Grenoble Ecole de Management (Grenoble, France) and adjunct Professor to department of People, Organizations and Negotiation, and member of IESEG Center on Negotiation at IESEG School of Management (Paris, France).
