Prof.Olaoye Festus Oladipupo specializes Festus Oladipupo was born in Ipetumodu, Osun State. He earned his B.Sc. in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from the University of Lagos in 1994, followed by an M.Sc. in Accounting in 2001 and a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Business Finance & Budgeting) from Ekiti State University in 2016. His academic career began at the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, before joining the University of Ado Ekiti (now Ekiti State University), where he rose to the rank of Professor of Accounting in 2022.

Professor Olaoye specializes in Public Sector Accounting, Auditing, and Management Accounting, with over 78 publications in reputable journals. He has supervised 10 Ph.D. graduates, mentored many M.Sc. students, and served in leadership roles such as Head of Department and Sub-Dean. He is also a certified member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers

She holds a BSc in Computing Mathematics from City University of Hong Kong, with minors in Computer Science and Business Economics. Mr.Andrian Gaju holds an MBA from the Prague University of Economics and Business and is currently pursuing his DBA at the same institution. As CEO of a BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) company, he focuses on financial innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable business practices in emerging markets.

Mrs. Samaneh Fathi Rashid is a passionate researcher and economist with a solid academic foundation in Development Economics. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the School of Economics at Tabriz University, which she obtained in 2024. Her academic pursuit has been motivated by an interest in economic development, financial management, and
sustainable development. Her areas of research interest are at the interface of financial management and economics, where she works on developing economic resilience strategies, enhancing financial literacy, and inclusive economic policy. She has been actively involved in research activities involving macroeconomic policy analysis, sustainable development goals (SDGs), and financial market trends, making significant contributions to the field. Outside the academic circle, Mrs. Fathi Rashid is well dedicated to community service and economic empowerment. She has participated in influential campaigns for stimulating positive changes in society, promoting policies that encourage fair economic opportunities, and improving financial inclusion. Her research specializes in narrowing the gap between economic theory and application to drive meaningful change. She seeks to continue exploring the contribution of financial policies to economic growth and the effect of fiscal policy on emerging economies. Her future plan involves continuing her field in PhD degree, serving academic studies, policy-making, and economic innovative solutions that propel development and social welfare.

Ms. Christina Rettig is an executive PhD candidate at the University of Antwerp, focusing on digital innovation in the pharmaceutical industry. With over 25 years of experience in strategic communications, she currently leads the Strategic Marketing & Communications department at SCHOTT AG. Christina holds a Master’s in Leading Innovation & Change from York St. John University. Her interests lie at the intersection of technology and communication, particularly exploring the role of AI.
