Dr Onyekachi Onuoha is a lecturer at the Business School, University of Exeter. He has lectured in Universities in the UK and internationally including University of Bedfordshire, Regents University London, Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Benue State University. Onyekachi is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and currently sits on the Volunteer Delivery Group of the Association for Project Management (APM) which coordinates all the volunteer activities across the chartered project management professional body. He has both industry and academic experience. His research interest spans across project management, social development, AI and business management and transformative learning. He holds a BSc with first-class honours in Cooperative Economics and Management. He also has an MSc in Cooperative Economics and Management and another MSc in Project Management from the university of Salford, Manchester both with distinction. In 2021, He won a competitive scholarship award from the African Initiative for Governance (AIG), enabling him to do the Public Leaders Programme at the prestigious University of Oxford.

Mrs. Dominique Futterer is currently working for HOERBIGER as Team Leader of the Global Marketing Communications team. She holds a Masters degree in International Management with major in Marketing. Her Master’s thesis was awarded from the German Dialog Marketing Association. Huge passion for modern ways in B2B marketing describes her very well.

Mr. Ramil Namazov is a 3rd year PhD student in Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. He is interested in mainly business incubators and their role in regional development and his dissertation is also related to this. He has completed his master in Sweden and he has been awarded member of SI Network for Global Future Leaders. On the other hand, he is a Project Management Professional (certified by PMI).

Ms. Anna-Maria Wassermann is currently working for loop solutions GmbH Germany as Quality and Business Process Manager. She holds an MA in Business with specialisation in Organisational Development and was awarded a scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. She is an expert in process optimisation, management systems, auditing and digitalisation.

Mrs. Xiaoning Xia received her B.S. degree from the School of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University in 2017. Currently, she is a PhD candidate with research interests in energy, environment, economics, and policy. She has published 7 academic papers, one of which is an ESI highly cited paper.

Mrs. Marlene Bissinger is a Business Psychologist (M.Sc.) who attended Applied University Hamburg, and also a graduated Business Economist (Dipl.) from Duale Hochschule in Heidenheim. She is a certified Mediator (ZHF Koblenz) and a self-employed project manager in real estate. She is pursuing a PhD in management at Innsbruck University. Research fields are Strategic Management, Innovation, Tourism, Net-Zero, Marketing, Green Consumer Behavior.

Ms. Ghita Malhi is a passionate advocate for sustainability, currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development. She volunteers at an NGO where she leads marketing and communication initiatives aimed at increasing awareness and driving societal change. Her efforts are focused on developing impactful campaigns that encourage positive transformations in the community.
