Mrs. Buddika Dissanayake is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Statistics and Master’s degrees in Economics and Public Economics. Currently serving as an Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Public Administration in Sri Lanka, she has actively contributed to important international conferences such as the 7th International Conference of SLAcJ in Japan and the EIRD Batumi International Conference in Georgia, 2023. With a strong dedication to public service and a diverse range of experiences, Buddika is committed to making a positive impact in her field.
M.Sc. Matjaž Kovač is a master of legal sciences, an expert in public procurement, economic law, and taxes, and a very prolific author in the aforementioned fields. He is owner and managing direcotor of Leksiakov legal and business services ltd firm. M.Sc. Matjaž Kovač is also a university lecturer for the subject area of Economic Law and author of the professional handbooks in fields of economy, taxes and law. Also he is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor in the field of financial and tax law.

Dr. Yoko Ohno,Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Department of Economicsand Management at University of Hyogo, Japan. Before switching her career to Academics, she played multiple management roles in the aviation industry for many years. Her area of interest is individual and organizational behaviors in a multinational corporation context
