Mohammod Ullah is an Assistant Director (Research) at Bangladesh Bank (currently on deputation) and a graduate student at the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Hiroshima University, Japan. His research interests lie in applied econometrics, Banking and public finance. His current work examines VAT underreporting behavior among business entities in Bangladesh using experimental survey methods. 

Vladimiro Catarino is a project and construction management professional with more than 25 years of experience delivering mining, power, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects across Africa. He currently serves as In-Country Project Manager at T3 Projects DRC SAS, where he leads complex projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

He holds a Doctorate of Management, an MSc in Project Management, and an Executive MBA, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management. His professional credentials include Project Management Professional (PMP), Chartered Manager status, ESG Expert Training, and certifications in Corporate ESG and Sustainability.

His areas of expertise include project delivery, risk management, contract administration, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments across Africa.

Rustam Sadykovich Azimov – Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor. He was the founder and chairman of the newly established private commercial bank Ipak Yuli and then the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activities of Uzbekistan. Held various ministerial positions, including Minister of Finance, of Economy, of Foreign economic affairs, investment and trade. From 2000 to 2017 also served as Deputy and First deputy Prime Minister. From 1992 to 2017 was governor from Uzbekistan at IMF, the World Bank, the ADB, the EBRD. Since 2017 Director General of Uzbekinvest Insurance Company.

She Holds a Ph.D. in Technology and Economics. Conducted postdoctoral research at Jincheng Group (2009) and was a visiting scholar at the University of Windsor (2011) and De Montfort University (2025). Research interests focus on supply chain management and industrial economics.

She is an independent researcher based in Melbourne, Australia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Anthropology from Ritsumeikan University in Japan and a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Melbourne. Combining insights from both disciplines, her current research interests include organizational behaviour, organizational psychology, workplace well-being, employee self-esteem, and burnout prevention. Broadly, she is interested in how workplace environments and leadership practices shape individual resilience and performance.

Mr. Hidayet Beyhan, a PhD Candidate at Istanbul Technical University. He is currently a visitor researcher at University of Liverpool that is funded by TUBITAK. His research field includes quantitative methods, agent-based simulation, and computational finance.

Dr. Sercan Ozcan is an Associate Professor of Innovation & Technology Management at the University of Portsmouth. His research focuses on the crossroads of Innovation Management and Data Science, with a specific emphasis on Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI)intelligence. He has a track record of publishing in the top journals of Innovation,Technology and Engineering Management fields.

Dr. Fassil Fanta is a seasoned economist and professor with extensive expertise in applied macroeconomics, monetary policy, financial economics, and economic development. Holding a Ph.D. in Economics from Southern Illinois University, Dr. Fanta has over two decades of academic and professional experience, including roles as a Regulatory Economist at the Missouri Public Service Commission and a Professor of Economics at Brenau University. His scholarly contributions include publications in esteemed journals such as Applied Economics Letters, Macroeconomics and Finance in Emerging Economies, Journal of Applied Marketing Theory, and Research in International Business and Finance. Dr. Fanta’s work addresses critical issues in economic development, market dynamics, and policy analysis, earning recognition through awards such as the Wisconsin Teaching Fellow and Scholars Award. He has also presented his research at leading international conferences, bridging academic insights with practical applications. Dr. Fanta brings a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world relevance to explore innovative solutions to global challenges in business, management, and economics.

Mr. Shaun Loh is an undergraduate at Duke University studying Economics and Political Science. He is interested in rentier strategies within authoritarian states, with a particular emphasis on China and Middle Eastern states. He has previously presented at the Johns Hopkins University Macksey Symposium. His writing can be found in the Oxford Political Review, the Harvard Kennedy School Singapore Policy Journal, and the NUS Asia Research Institute.

Dr. inż. Beata Paliwoda is a researcher and lecturer at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (Poland), where she also serves as the Rector’s Representative for Ecology (2025–2028). She holds degrees in Quality Management and Business Consulting, a PhD on EMAS effectiveness, and completed a management program at Ontario Western University (Canada). She combines academic work with professional practice as a consultant and trainer in quality and environmental management systems (AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS), and as Quality Director in a UK-based aerospace company. Her expertise focuses on system implementation, process improvement, and sustainable management.
